Terms of Service
Last updated: August 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of Peregrine OS and the tools within it (Quickstrike, Kestrel, Merlin, Magpie, Eagle, Harrier, Kingfisher, Caracara, and Falconet), all built on the Flightpath.AI engine and operated by Peregrine Intelligence LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
Peregrine OS is a suite of business intelligence and sales-outreach tools that turn public signals (funding, hiring, leadership change, technology, and news) into briefings, scores, and draft outreach content. Some output is generated using a third-party AI model provider and may be inaccurate or incomplete; you're responsible for reviewing it before you rely on it or send it to anyone.
Accounts
- You sign in via a passwordless magic link sent to your email; keep access to that inbox secure, since it's the key to your account.
- You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- The service is intended for business use by adults (18+); it isn't directed at consumers or minors.
- Tell us right away at hello@peregrineintell.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through Stripe's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access until then.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Plans are billed on a monthly cycle; if you upgrade or downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle rather than a prorated mid-cycle charge or credit.
- We may change our prices; we'll give you notice before a change applies to your next billing cycle.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to violate any law, or to harass, defraud, or spam anyone.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the service or its underlying data without our written permission.
- Circumvent fair-use limits, rate limits, or per-tool usage caps.
- Create multiple accounts for yourself, or use automated, scripted, or bulk means to create accounts, including to evade a suspended or terminated account or to get around fair-use or rate limits.
- Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to interact with the service or any tool beyond normal, individual, human use — for example, submitting bulk or automated queries, or harvesting output at scale.
- Use output from the service as the sole basis for a decision about a person's employment, credit, housing, or other legally protected status.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may also rate-limit, block, or reject signups or requests we reasonably believe to be automated, fraudulent, or otherwise abusive — including bulk or bot-driven account creation — without prior notice.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the content you generate using the tools (briefs, snapshots, campaign plans). You grant us a license to process that content as needed to operate the service, including sending relevant inputs to our third-party AI model provider to generate output on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data, including cookies.
Public data sources
Our feeds surface publicly available information (filings, job postings, news, and company technology data) from public and licensed sources. We don't guarantee this data is accurate, complete, or current, and we aren't responsible for decisions made based on it.
Intellectual property
Peregrine OS, Flightpath.AI, and the Peregrine Intelligence name and marks are our property. These terms don't grant you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated content in particular may contain errors; verify anything material before acting on it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages, even if we've been advised of the possibility of those damages.
Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. You can also permanently delete your account and all saved data yourself from Your data in the dashboard, which also cancels any active subscriptions. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service, with notice where reasonably possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
