Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
This policy covers Peregrine OS and the tools within it (Quickstrike, Kestrel, Merlin, Magpie, Eagle, Harrier, Kingfisher, Caracara, and Falconet), all built on the Flightpath.AI engine and operated by Peregrine Intelligence LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). It describes what we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address, used to sign you in via a passwordless magic link.
- Billing information: handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Usage information: which tools you use and when, so we can enforce fair-use limits and keep the service reliable for everyone.
- Content you generate and save: account briefs, prospect snapshots, and campaign plans you create using the tools, and the inputs you provide to generate them (for example, a contact's name, title, and company when using Quickstrike).
Note that when you research a prospect or company using our tools, you're providing us information about a third party (your prospect), not just yourself. We treat that content the same way we treat everything else in this section: scoped to your account and used to operate the service.
How we use it
- To operate the service: authenticate you, run the tool you've requested, and return a result.
- To generate briefings and outreach content, your inputs are processed by a third-party AI model provider under a standard commercial API agreement. Your prompts are not used to train that provider's models.
- To enforce fair-use limits per tool, so the service stays reliable for everyone.
- To bill you, via Stripe.
- To send you product updates and marketing emails about Peregrine OS at the email address on your account. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops marketing email without affecting transactional email needed to operate your account, like your sign-in link.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run Peregrine OS. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:
- Infrastructure and database: our hosting and database providers, to run the application and store your account data and saved content.
- Payments: Stripe, to process billing.
- AI processing: a third-party AI model provider, to generate briefings, scores, and outreach content from the inputs you give a tool.
- Public data sources: our feeds read publicly available information (filings, job postings, news, and company technology data) from public and licensed sources. This is data we read from the open web, not data we send about you.
- Email marketing: Sender.net, our email service provider, to send you the product updates and marketing emails described above. See Sender.net's Privacy Policy for how it handles this data.
- Advertising: LinkedIn, via its Insight Tag, to measure how our LinkedIn ad campaigns perform (including conversion events, such as completing a purchase) and to show retargeted ads to past visitors of this site on LinkedIn. See LinkedIn's Privacy Policy for how it handles this data.
- Advertising: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), via the Meta Pixel, for the same purpose — measuring how our Meta ad campaigns perform and showing retargeted ads to past visitors of this site. See Meta's Privacy Policy for how it handles this data.
- Meta Marketing API: a Meta-registered application we operate ("Peregrine OS – Merlin") that our own team uses internally to manage our Meta advertising — creating and reading ad campaigns, ad sets, ad creatives, and Custom Audiences on our own Meta Business Manager account, and reading basic information about our own Facebook Page. This is a separate integration from the Meta Pixel above: it's an internal business tool our team uses, running on our own servers, and it accesses our own advertising account's data, not anything about you or your browsing.
- Advertising: G2 Digital Markets (Capterra), via its visitor-identification tag, to measure how our Capterra advertising performs and to identify which companies are visiting this site from those campaigns. See Capterra's Privacy Policy for how it handles this data.
- Advertising: OpenAI, via the ChatGPT Ads pixel in your browser, to measure how our ChatGPT ad campaigns perform (conversion events, such as starting a subscription). This only runs if you accept advertising cookies — see Cookies below.
- Advertising: OpenAI, again, via a separate server-to-server report: when a free trial converts to a paid subscription, our billing system reports that conversion (plan, charge amount, and timestamp — no name or email) directly to OpenAI, so a conversion that happens days later is still measured even if the pixel above never sees it. Because this report isn't set by a cookie in your browser, rejecting advertising cookies does not stop it. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy for how it handles this data.
We do not sell your data.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies, managed through a consent banner (CookieYes) that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies and change your choice at any time.
- Necessary: used by the consent banner itself to remember your cookie preference.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, used to understand traffic and usage patterns across the site (page views, referral source, and similar aggregate metrics). This is separate from the account-level usage information described above, which is tied to your logged-in account rather than cookies.
- Advertising: the LinkedIn Insight Tag, used to measure ad performance (including conversion events, such as completing a purchase) and to support retargeting (showing our ads to people who've previously visited this site). You can opt out of LinkedIn's use of this data for ads in your LinkedIn account settings, or, if you don't have a LinkedIn account, via the Your Online Choices or Network Advertising Initiative opt-out pages.
- Advertising: the Meta Pixel, used to measure ad performance (including conversion events, such as completing a purchase) and to support retargeting (showing our ads to people who've previously visited this site). You can opt out in your Meta ad settings, or, if you don't have a Meta account, via the Your Online Choices or Network Advertising Initiative opt-out pages.
- Advertising: the G2 Digital Markets (Capterra) tag, used to measure the performance of our Capterra advertising and identify which companies (based on IP address, not individual identity) are visiting this site as a result of it. See Capterra's Privacy Policy for details and opt-out information.
- Advertising: the ChatGPT Ads pixel, used to measure ad performance for our ChatGPT ad campaigns (conversion events, such as starting a subscription).
You can reject non-essential cookies through the consent banner at any time, which opts you out of the analytics and advertising cookies described above, including the ChatGPT Ads pixel. It does not opt you out of the server-to-server OpenAI conversion report described under "Who we share it with" above, since that report isn't set by a cookie in your browser; see that section for what it sends.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your account and saved content for as long as your account is active. You can export or permanently delete your account and all saved data at any time from Your data in the dashboard; deletion also cancels any active subscriptions and removes you from marketing email. You can also reach us at hello@peregrineintell.com for help with either, or to unsubscribe from marketing email without deleting your account.
Security
Access to your saved content requires an authenticated request tied to your account; every tool call is checked against your identity before any data is returned or created.
Children's privacy
Peregrine OS is a business tool intended for professional use and is not directed at, or knowingly used to collect information from, anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
