Five packages, each with a fixed scope
Every package ends in something you can use: briefs, a list, a feed, a plan, or a location analysis. Scope, date, and price are agreed in writing before work starts. If none of them fit, there's a custom option below.
Account research sprint
Hand us the 10 accounts you want to win and get back a finished, pitch-ready brief on each one. Researched with Peregrine OS, reviewed by our founder before it reaches you.
For agency new-business and B2B sales teams with a named target list and a pitch season coming up.
What's included
- A full account brief on each of the 10 accounts you name, built with the same research as Kestrel and Quickstrike: whether they're open to a new agency or vendor right now, what's driving their spending, who's in the room and how each one decides, and the first move.
- Our founder reviews and fact-checks every brief and adds judgment before delivery, so nothing reaches you unchecked.
- A walkthrough call with your team.
- One revision round: corrections, or a swap of up to 2 accounts after delivery.
New business pipeline build
No target list yet? We build one to your ideal customer profile, brief the best of it, and draft the first outreach, so your team starts with who to reach and why instead of a blank spreadsheet. Researched with Peregrine OS, reviewed by our founder before it reaches you.
For teams opening a new market, segment, or service line.
What's included
- A list of 25 target companies that match the ideal customer profile we set with you on the scoping call, narrowed to the ones showing buying signals the Peregrine OS feeds track: a new marketing leader, marketing roles being hired or brought in-house, or fresh funding.
- For each company: the signal, why now, the decision-maker roles to reach (for example CMO, VP Marketing, or Head of Growth), and a priority. Roles to reach, not contact details.
- Full account briefs on the top 10, the same brief as the research sprint: whether they're open to a new agency or vendor, what's driving their spending, who's in the room, and the first move. Our founder reviews and fact-checks every brief before delivery.
- Outreach drafts for those 10: a first line and a 3-step sequence for each, written from that company's own signals.
- One revision round: swap up to 5 companies, or correct briefs, after delivery.
Custom monitoring feed
A daily feed built around your niche, for when the five standard feeds don't cover the companies or events you care about. Same engine and scoring as Eagle, Harrier, and Kingfisher, pointed at your market, and delivered as a morning email.
For teams selling into a specialist sector, or watching for a kind of event the standard feeds don't track.
What's included
- A scoping session to define the feed: which sector or companies, which events count (leadership changes, funding, hiring, new locations, launches), what makes an item relevant to you, and how many items each email should carry.
- Sources set up for your niche: trade publications, news search, and job boards, the same kinds of sources the standard feeds read.
- A morning email digest. Every item is scored for relevance, timing, and fit, with a short note on why it matters.
- 4 weeks of tuning after launch, based on what your team flags as useful or noise, then ongoing upkeep for as long as the feed runs.
- One rescope during the 3-month minimum: a single change to the feed's sector or event types.
Pitch or go-to-market strategy session
A working session to plan a major pitch or a push into a new market, with the research done before you walk in. You leave with a written plan your team can run.
For teams preparing a major pitch or launching into a new market.
What's included
- Pre-work: a scan of your target market from the Peregrine OS feeds (leadership moves, hiring, and funding in the market in scope), shared ahead of the session.
- A 3-hour working session with your team, remote over video by default.
- A written 30-day plan afterwards: target accounts in priority order, the angle for each, the outreach sequence, and the first moves.
- A recording of the session, for remote sessions.
- One round of edits to the written plan.
- A 30-minute check-in call 2 weeks later to adjust the plan.
Site & activation analysis
Know whether a location is worth it before you commit. We look at up to 5 US locations, measure who's actually around and when, and give you a score and a written recommendation for each. Researched with Peregrine OS, reviewed by our founder before it reaches you.
For brands weighing new US locations, and teams planning events, sampling, out-of-home, or pop-ups.
What's included
- Your question, picked in scoping. Site selection: should you open here, and when, including overlap with your existing locations if you share them. Activation planning: the best days and times, and the channels that fit who's actually around, for events, sampling, out-of-home, and pop-ups.
- For each of up to 5 US locations: foot traffic by hour and day, how visible the spot is from the street, nearby amenities and competitors, road access and traffic, weather and local events for timing, and the demographics of the surrounding area (population, age, and household income).
- Where you share your existing locations: how much each site's drive-time reach overlaps with them.
- A score and a written recommendation for each location. Our founder reviews every analysis and adds judgment before it reaches you.
- A walkthrough call with your team.
- One revision round: swap up to 2 locations, or corrections.
Doesn't fit the packages?
Custom research engagement
For research that doesn't fit the set packages. We agree the scope, deliverable, timeline, and price on the scoping call and confirm them in the written proposal, same as the others. Our founder does the work.
For example
- Competitor or category deep-dive: a landscape of the players in a category, their moves, and their gaps.
- Market-entry research: sizing and mapping a new market or region before a push.
- Ongoing research retainer: a monthly block of research on whatever your team needs.
- Event or conference prep: which companies are attending, who to prioritize and why, and the roles to reach at each. Companies and roles, never attendee names or contact details.
